You’ve seen me wax poetic about these little flexi-twists before in my Sticks and Lights post (https://zenandtheartoflittlehousetravelling.com/2016/05/25/sticks-and-lights/)  and Perfecting the Perfect Camp Chair post (https://zenandtheartoflittlehousetravelling.com/2016/06/07/perfecting-the-camp-chair/).    Basically, we find these super twist ties incredibly useful.  They come in many sizes and colors.

Well, we were tired one night and pulled a freshman mistake while unhitching –and broke off the little plastic lanyard we used to secure the camper’s power cord to the car.  This ended up being a bit of serendipity because that thing wasn’t so easy to use.  We discovered that the flexi-twist made a more positive connection, was much easier to secure and much more visible.

Voila!  A better solution was born!
